This is ideal for retail stores, where it acts as a workstation for end users to operate the system. It can be placed on office desks or anywhere you want it, allowing users to easily access recordings and watch live video using up to two 4K monitors. In this setup, most of the workload for the Video Management Software (VMS) is processed on the server, typically installed in a server room.

AXIS S9301 Mk II can also be used as a server when used with AXIS S30 Recorder Series or AXIS S4000 Recorder. This is ideal for smaller installations, such as in coffee shops and retail stores, where it provides the infrastructure needed to run your entire system, offering centralized processing power and great scalability.
